Label Remover Machine

Function:

1.remove the labels from the bottle and separate label out from bottles .

2.Blade made by alloyed steel for long time use .

3.Blade is fixed by screw on the rotor easy to adjustable and changeable.

4.The barrel designed with doors opening on it very easy to opening and maintenance.

5.The machine bottom with holes to drain out liquid which contained in the bottles, good for machine use.

High speed friction washer

Function:

1. Get rid of glue, dirty waste and oil and paper from PET flakes.

2. All the paddle blade can be changeable design and dismantled.

3. This machine will including one water collecting tank to collect the waste water and PET powder.

Hot Washing Tank

Function:

1.with hot water washing to remove oil/glue and other dirty from the flakes .

2.The tank made with insulation layer to save
energy.

3.Feeding caustic soda/detergent to washing. 4.Its better Heating by steam, can buy a steam boiler to produce the steam, the boiler can heating up by gas/diesel/petrol/LPG.
